Does the centre actually pay on time? Respect rest days? Keep safety real? Guest reviews tell you what tourists think, not what staff live.

Thailand Non-B, Indonesia KITAS, Philippines AEP — each country is different, and centres rarely help until you have already committed.
CVs nobody can verify
A clean PADI number is easy to fake. Employment history, recommendation quality and real experience are hard to check without a trusted system.

Want to work in France?
France requires a state diploma (BPJEPS/DEJEPS) on top of PADI or SSI. Switch the site to French for the corridor-A compliance page — that filter is the point of the francophone launch.

Two corridors, two launches
French (corridor A) and English / Dutch (corridor B) launch separately, so jobs and candidates concentrate where they actually meet.

Are jobs already published?
No. This page opens a waitlist. Jobs are not listed online yet.
What does “verified” mean?
A DiveWork job will need to be tied to a real centre. Credentials, then reviews (guests on one side, staff on the other) will carry a proof level. None of that is public today.
Do I need an AquaExposure account?
No. An email and a role are enough for the waitlist.
Why two corridors?
To launch where there are enough jobs, candidates and verified recommendations. Corridor A: francophone instructors toward the Indian Ocean and the Med, with BPJEPS/DEJEPS. Corridor B: English-speaking instructors toward Southeast Asia.
Can a PADI instructor work legally in France?
To teach for pay in France you need a state diploma (BPJEPS or DEJEPS). PADI or SSI alone is not enough. That is the filter DiveWork will apply on French listings. This English corridor does not pretend otherwise.
What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, a confirmation email arrives. Click the link (24 h) to validate your place. One sign-up per email and corridor. We write again when the list moves. Accounts, jobs and reviews come later.
