On our scoring grid, Subchandlers comes first with 4.90 out of 5, driven by delivery times that are actually met, responsive support, 9.7 out of 10 across verified reviews, and the cheapest test basket at EUR 856.90. Bubble Diving follows at 3.95 out of 5. Both shops dispatch quickly across France and Belgium with low free-shipping thresholds.

Each shop is rated from 1 to 5 on six weighted criteria: catalogue and brands (25%), pricing (20%), shipping and returns (20%), support and advice (15%), site experience (10%), and trust and guarantees (10%).

Diveinn scores high on catalogue and pricing, but very low on shipping reliability and customer support. In direct testing, announced delivery times are frequently delayed and returns are difficult to process.

Three shops carry a full underwater photo section with housings, ports, and strobes: Subchandlers, Lucas Divestore, and Bubble Diving. Lucas Divestore features the deepest catalogue with attractive Belgian delivery rates.
