For learning the initial bounces, this lightweight racket is sufficient for having fun without getting tired. However, to execute complex spins against an experienced player, the plastic of the racket will show its limitations. This is similar to how this very flexible sail doesn't have the necessary responsiveness when facing the wind. The frog kick and backpedaling are therefore ineffective.
