Algorithm and decompression stops
Scubapro relies on its adaptive ZH-L16 ADT MB PMG algorithm. This mathematical model integrates predictive multi-gas management to anticipate your tank changes with great precision.
It also takes into account microbubble levels that you can adjust according to your profile. This customization provides an extra level of conservatism, which is very reassuring for subsequent dives. The PDIS function is integrated to optimize deep stops based on your dive profile. This is a very, very, very safe approach for advanced recreational divers who make multiple dives.
The algorithm adapts its calculations based on your breathing rate if you are using a compatible heart rate monitor. This physiological adaptation is a key feature of the brand.
A drawback is the lack of adjustment for pure Gradient Factors, which remains exclusive to purely technical models. However, this design choice is perfectly consistent with the product's price point.
