The course is entirely online, accessible from Brussels or anywhere in Belgium. AquaExposure is based in Chaumont-Gistoux (30 min from Brussels) and its founder Benjamin Coste is a PADI SDI instructor based in Belgium. You can follow the modules at your own pace from home, and apply the techniques learned at dive sites near Brussels (Zeeland, Ciney or Tilff quarries).
The theoretical and technical training is online (10 video modules + sheets). Practical sessions can be arranged on request at Belgian dive sites accessible from Brussels: Zeeland (Zeeland), Ciney, Tilff or Pont-a-Lesse quarries. Contact us via the contact page to discuss.
From Brussels, divers have access to several excellent sites for practising underwater photography: the Ciney quarries (clear water, local fauna), the Tilff quarry on the Ourthe (freshwater fish), the Pont-a-Lesse quarries, and above all Zeeland (Netherlands, 2h30 away) for wrecks and flatfish. These sites allow you to put into practice the techniques taught in the AquaExposure course.
No minimum level for the theoretical part. For practice in natural environments, a level 1 (PADI Open Water or CMAS equivalent) is recommended. The AquaExposure course is designed for divers of all levels, from the Open Water diver who has just certified to the experienced Divemaster who wants to add photography to their practice.
The AquaExposure course is available from EUR 24.50/month (text and sheet access), EUR 239/year (detailed slides included) or EUR 350 for unlimited lifetime access (video Masterclasses included). For Brussels divers, this is a much cheaper alternative than a traditional underwater photography course which often exceeds EUR 500-800 for a weekend.
Join AquaExposure and learn to bring back images that other Brussels divers don't.
