What is the approximate average price for the DiveSystem Quickly MoBi in 2026?
The average indicative price for 2026 is €724, calculated from a new retail range of €649 to €799. This figure is not a real-time selling price.
What is the buoyancy offered by the DiveSystem Quickly MoBi?
The consolidated datasheet indicates a buoyancy of 16 kg or 35 lbs. This value should be compared to the actual weight added for weights, tanks, thermal protection, and accessories being used.
Who is this model best suited for?
The AquaExposure DiveSystem Quickly MoBi is designed for advanced recreational diving, technical diving, and single or twin tank configurations. It's suitable for divers of intermediate to advanced levels, primarily in warm, temperate, and cold waters.
What should you check before making a purchase?
You need to check the harness, access to the dump valves, weight distribution, fit, condition of the D-rings, and how the BCD performs with all your gear attached.

DiveSystem Quickly MoBi Test: What You Really Need to Consider Before Buying
A buoyancy compensator (BCD) isn't good simply because it lists technical features. It becomes useful when it stops occupying the diver's mind. The DiveSystem Quickly MoBi falls into the category of universal backplate + wing donut systems and makes a specific promise: to serve a diving practice geared towards advanced recreational, technical, single and twin tank configurations. This guide is not a substitute for a hands-on trial, but it will help you understand exactly what this model offers and what problems it doesn't solve. [1]The question is less about whether this BCD is inherently good and more about verifying if it's compatible with your regulator, thermal protection, weight system, accessories, and skill level. As a backplate and wing system, this model separates the structure, harness, and wing. This modularity can accommodate progression, provided you check the assembly, weighting, and wing size before changing configurations. [2] [3]
The Verdict in Summary
The DiveSystem Quickly MoBi receives an overall AquaExposure score of 4.2/5. Its rating should be considered within its category and not used as a universal truth. Key features include the patented Donut MoBi single+dual tank configuration, the Quickly Harness without buckles, 7 stainless steel D-rings, and it is handmade in Italy. Its main limitations are the high price, lack of integrated weights, and lower brand recognition in France. [1]

Detailed Analysis
G1 Buoyancy
The stated buoyancy is 16 kg, which is 35 lb. This volume should not be considered in isolation. It must account for the negative buoyancy of the complete configuration, including the tank, gas, wetsuit, weights, and accessories. An insufficient value can reduce comfort at the surface. An excessive value does not automatically make a dive safer. [4]
The Quickly MoBi is DiveSystem's signature innovation for 2025. Patented Donut MoBi: compatible with both single and twin tanks without changing the wing. Unique Quickly Harness: continuous webbing without buckles or seams, ultra-fast adjustment. 7 stainless steel D-rings. Handcrafted in Italy. The most versatile solution from DiveSystem. This assessment gives the DiveSystem Quickly MoBi a G1 score of 4.0/5. Trim and purge control must be performed under the intended conditions, not just on dry land. [1]
G2 Weighting
This model does not include an integrated quick-release weight system in the described configuration, with a stated capacity of 0 kg. It includes 2 trim pockets. This distribution can help adjust balance, but it does not replace proper weighting procedures. Weights should always remain manageable and appropriate for the environment. [3]The G2 score of 2.5/5 reflects the capacity and logical arrangement of this model's features. Before purchasing, verify the actual function of the pockets with your own weights and your usual wetsuit.
G3 Storage
The DiveSystem Quickly MoBi includes 2 storage pockets and 7 metal D-rings. The product description lists these attachments as 7 stainless steel D-rings. This information is important when you need to carry a pony bottle, a reel, a light or a housing. [1]
The G3 score of 3.8/5 does not evaluate the absolute volume of a pocket. It expresses the suitability between the available attachment points and the accessories typically associated with advanced recreational diving, technical diving, single-tank and twin-tank configurations.
G4 Harness
The harness is described as the Quickly Harness (without buckles, without seams, continuous webbing). The product description mentions 3 adjustment axes. This is a useful indicator, but comfort also depends on your size, shoulder width, torso length, wetsuit, and how the tank sits on your back. [2]
The G4 score of 5.0/5 reflects the potential for adjustment offered by this design. A test dive should verify that the straps do not pull, that the waistband does not ride up, and that the controls remain accessible when the vest is inflated.
G5 MaterialsThe stated weight is 3 kg, and the construction is advertised as 1000D Cordura. The D-rings are made of metal. These features indicate expected durability, resistance to wear and tear, and ease of transport, but they alone cannot determine the longevity of a specific unit. [1]
The G5 score of 5.0/5 reflects this assessment of construction quality. The actual condition of a used BCD, including its servicing history, inflators, and purge valves, must be checked independently of its model year or brand reputation.
G6 Versatility
The configuration is advertised for advanced recreational diving, technical diving, single-tank and twin-tank setups, suitable for warm, temperate, and cold water conditions. The specifications indicate compatibility with twin tanks but no declared sidemount compatibility. Therefore, its practical use is primarily limited to twin-tank configurations. [1]
The G6 score of 5.0/5 expresses its ability to adapt to different diving practices without implying that a single model is suitable for all applications. A transition to technical diving may require a different system rather than simply adding accessories.
What to know before you buy
The first check should be the buoyancy. With a declared buoyancy of 16 kg, the DiveSystem Quickly MoBi must be tested with your actual equipment configuration. A thicker wetsuit, a steel tank, saltwater, a housing, or a strobe can significantly alter the required buoyancy. The best decision is based on a buoyancy check at the end of a dive, not on general rules. [4]The second check concerns comfort. This model features a Quickly Harness (no buckles, no seams, continuous webbing). Wear it with your usual thermal protection and then, while underwater, check your breathing, access to the dump valves, the direct-system function, and the position of the tank. A poorly fitted buoyancy compensator adds mental strain that the diver should be dedicating to the environment and their buddy. [2]
The third check is about usability. Like a backplate and wing system, this model separates the structure, the harness, and the bladder. This modularity can facilitate progression, but it's essential to verify the assembly, weighting, and wing size before changing configurations. The identified qualities – Donut MoBi mono+bi-tank patented design, Quickly Harness with no buckles, 7 stainless steel D-rings, handmade in Italy – should be weighed against its limitations: high price, no integrated weights, less well-known in France. A suggested average price of €724 in 2026 is a point of comparison, but never a safety criterion.
Safety ReminderThe advertised buoyancy, price, and rating do not replace a real-world test dive, proper weight adjustment, or appropriate training. Any modification to the tank, wetsuit, weights, or accessories should lead to rechecking the entire configuration. For the universal Backplate + Donut Wing system, the correct approach is to understand the equipment before entrusting it with responsibilities that it cannot handle alone. [2] [3] [4]
Our Verdict
The DiveSystem Quickly MoBi is suitable for advanced recreational diving, technical diving, and both single and twin-tank configurations when the user's body type, weighting, and environment match the specifications. Its advantages include the patented Donut MoBi system for both single and twin tanks, the Quickly Harness without buckles, 7 stainless steel D-rings, and being handmade in Italy. Its limitations are a high price, lack of integrated weights, and lower brand recognition in France. Therefore, making the right purchase doesn't involve simply choosing the highest-rated product, but rather selecting a configuration that is understandable, comfortable, and appropriately sized for the type of diving you will actually be doing.
