Introduction
A rigorous evaluation of scuba diving equipment is based on the factual analysis of specifications provided by manufacturers and specialized distributors. When it comes to freediving and spearfishing, choosing the right visual equipment requires careful consideration of air volume, hydrodynamics, and the optical properties of the lenses. This analytical approach aims to decipher the technical characteristics of the Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog mask without replacing a personal trial with subjective statements or fabricated field reports. The data presented comes exclusively from manufacturer and retailer specifications available as of August 18, 2026. The goal is to provide enthusiasts and professionals with a structured and transparent overview to inform their purchasing decisions.
Summary Verdict
The Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog mask receives an overall weighted score of 4.24 out of 5, reflecting strong performance in the freediving and apnea segment.

This mask is designed for freedivers and spearfishermen who are looking for a reduced internal volume, optimized hydrodynamics, and an integrated anti-fog treatment that minimizes maintenance requirements. This mask is not ideal for divers who require corrective lenses or for individuals whose facial structure does not match the geometry of the silicone skirt.
Detailed Analysis
A thorough examination of the seven sections in our evaluation grid allows us to detail the objective performance of the Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog, based strictly on the documented sources used.
M1 Volume and Field of ViewThis section evaluates the overall design of the mask and its ability to minimize dead air space, which facilitates equalization during freediving descents. The frameless design eliminates unnecessary components and brings the lens closer to the eyes to maximize the field of view. While the exact volume in milliliters is not specified in the manufacturer's documentation, the structure clearly demonstrates optimization. The perceived field of view depends on the morphological difference between the eyes and the lens.
Criterion: Documented volume and field of vision (Score: 4.3/5)
M2 Skirt and Fit
The skirt is a crucial element in the interface between the equipment and the face. This model incorporates 100% hypoallergenic, soft silicone designed to conform to the contours of the skin without excessive friction. A pre-shaped, three-dimensional nose pocket complements the design to facilitate nasal equalization maneuvers. The available data does not allow for predicting absolute watertightness on a specific face, as each individual's morphology presents unique characteristics. Criterion: Skirt and morphological fit (Score: 4.2/5)
M3 Lenses and ClarityThe properties of the lenses influence the perception of the underwater environment and the transmission of nonverbal signals with your dive buddy. The Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog uses a safety tempered glass that guarantees high mechanical resistance against pressure variations. The optical clarity allows for optimal light transmission, although the original visual correction options are not documented. Reading facial expressions remains easy thanks to the single-lens design.
Criterion: Lenses and visual communication (Score: 4.0/5)
M4 Anti-fog treatment and maintenance
One of the notable aspects of this model is its innovative chemical anti-fog treatment, which is integrated directly into the glass during manufacturing. This technology significantly reduces condensation formation during dives. Activation is simple- just wet the lenses with water before entering the water, without requiring the application of an additional spray. This technical advantage simplifies preparation for the dive. Criterion: Anti-fog treatment and maintenance (Score: 4.8/5)
M5 Strap and ergonomicsThe fit and adjustment of the equipment are ensured by micrometric buckles that connect to the main strap. This system allows for precise and quick adjustments, even when the diver is wearing neoprene gloves. The strap distributes tension evenly across the occiput to prevent slippage during exertion. The overall ergonomics meet the demands of both surface and underwater use.
Criterion: Strap and adjustment ergonomics (Score: 4.2/5)
M6 Durability and Accessories
Durability depends on the quality of the materials used and compliance with current standards. The Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog is certified to comply with the requirements of the European standard D.P.I. EN 16805:2015 for diving masks. The frameless, monoblock construction minimizes potential points of failure in case of accidental impacts during transport on boats. The original accessories provided help to preserve the integrity of the equipment. Criterion: Durability and regulatory compliance (Score: 4.0/5)
M7 Price and AvailabilityThe price of this model is consistent with the specialized freediving market. Observations made by distributors as of August 18, 2026 confirm regular availability on online platforms and in physical stores. The relationship between the technical features and the observed cost justifies a high rating in terms of value for money.
Criterion: Price positioning and availability (Score: 4.5/5)
What you need to know before buying
Acquiring underwater vision equipment requires a careful analysis of the specific considerations inherent to each model. The Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog has several advantages, but the buyer should be aware of certain documented limitations.
Firstly, the lack of precise numerical data regarding the exact internal volume in milliliters or the exact viewing angle means that one must rely on the qualitative indications of the frameless design.
Secondly, while the integrated anti-fog treatment is a valuable aid, this technology does not eliminate the need for careful maintenance and rinsing with fresh water after each use in saltwater to preserve the lifespan of the lens. Finally, since compatibility with corrective lenses is not mentioned in the official specifications, divers who have vision problems should verify this potential technical limitation before finalizing their purchase.
Trying on the mask before buying: the most important factor
This comparison helps you compare the different models. However, it cannot tell you if a mask is suitable for your face. Before purchasing, place the mask on your face without the strap, inhale gently through your nose, and check that it stays in place on its own, without any pressure points or leaks. This step represents more than 80% of the actual importance of your purchase. If the skirt doesn't fit your facial structure, no ultra-clear lens, anti-fog treatment, or buckle system will compensate for the problem.
Safety Reminder
Safety in an aquatic environment relies on clear and constant visual communication with your dive buddy throughout all phases of the dive. Observing eye movements and micro-expressions through the glass allows you to quickly detect signs of fatigue or distress.Regarding aesthetic or technical variations, versions explicitly featuring mirror coatings, tints, or filters should be chosen with careful consideration because they reduce overall light transmission in low visibility underwater conditions. However, it is important to note that a standard clear lens with an anti-reflective or UV protective coating is not a mirrored lens and does not impair the readability of nonverbal communication between divers.
Our Verdict
The documentation analysis of the Salvimar Endless Anti-Fog specifications reveals a consistent piece of equipment designed for freediving and spearfishing, enhanced by its innovative anti-fog treatment and compact size.
Maintenance and Lifespan
To ensure the longevity of the equipment, thorough rinsing with clean water is required after each dive to remove salt crystals. Storage should be in a rigid protective case, away from direct sunlight and intense heat sources to prevent silicone deformation in the mask skirt.
